1.These general conditions of sale are governed by Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (so-called Consumer Code) to which express reference is made. If the Customer is a company or a legal entity with a VAT number, the code regulations pursuant to art. 1490 and ss. Civil Code.

7. Procedures for finalizing the sale contract

9.Correct receipt of the order placed by the Customer is confirmed by rue19milano by means of an e-mail reply, containing both the order confirmation and the shipping confirmation. The online purchase contract (hereinafter the "Contract") will therefore be considered concluded only when the Customer receives the Order and Shipping Confirmation ("Contract Conclusion Date"): from this moment on the Order Proposal will be referred to simply as "Order".

10.Before submitting the Order and Shipping Proposal, the Customer will be asked to confirm the reading and acceptance of the General Online Sales Conditions, including the clauses that determine unfavorable conditions for the Customer (for example limitations of liability , right to withdraw from the contract, exceptions to the jurisdiction of the judicial authority, etc.), the privacy policy and the cookie policy as well as the purchase and shipping amounts. It will be the Seller's responsibility to verify the correctness of the Prices before sending the Order Confirmation and Shipping. 14.Shipping costs in Italy: for an amount equal to or greater than € 100.00, the customer will not have to bear any shipping costs which, therefore, will be free. For a cost of less than € 100.00, the Customer will have to bear a shipping cost of € 5. It is understood that the shipping cost will be added to the amount of the product purchased on the website www.rue19milano.

15.Orders will be processed within the third working day following payment confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 9.30 - 13.00 / 14.00 - 18.00. Orders received before 12.00 will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be included in the next day's shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, if made on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the following working day.


16.Should the delivery of the purchased Product (s) be made in the islands (Sicily and Sardinia), in the region of Calabria, Puglia, Campania, Basilicata and the Venice Lagoon, the shipment will take place within 4 working days of payment confirmation.

17.At the time of delivery of the product (s), the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The right of withdrawal is not provided if the customer is a company or a professional.

  • In the event that the Customer decides to withdraw from the contract, rue19milano will return the sum collected free of charge, including the initial shipping costs, only and exclusively when it receives the goods shipped by the Customer and has verified the compliance of the Product with the conditions in which has been sold and described in the sub point. 4 of this article. The refund by rue19milano will take place only and exclusively if the returned items comply with the above instructions. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to the Customer. If the conditions of withdrawal referred to in this article exist, the Customer will be reimbursed with the same payment methods that he used for the purchase and within the deadlines set by the credit institution used and, in the case of withdrawal from a purchase of amount less than € 100.00, the Seller will also reimburse the Customer for the costs incurred for the initial shipment.


  • The responsibility for the return is the sole responsibility of the Customer until the package reaches rue19milano. Therefore, we recommend that you request tracking of the shipment in order to ensure that the package is not lost. The Customer will receive an email notification as soon as the package is received by the Seller.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases expressly provided for in art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005;

  • The return for size change
  • In the case of a return request for size change, the procedure to be followed, in partial derogation from what is described in art. 6 of this article, is as follows:

  • Within 3 - 4 working days, the customer will receive a Return Authorization email with the procedure to follow.

4.Even in this case, the responsibility for the return is the sole responsibility of the Customer until the package reaches rue19milano. Therefore, we recommend that you request tracking of the shipment in order to ensure that the package is not lost. The Customer will receive an email notification as soon as the package is received by the Seller.

5. Legal guarantee for non-compliant products

6.Pursuant to art. 133 D. lgs n. 206/2005, the Seller is responsible for any defect in the Products and for their non-compliance with the Order placed, existing at the time of delivery of the goods.

7.The duration of the guarantee is 2 (two) years from the moment the goods are delivered. This warranty is valid under the following conditions:

8.the defect occurs within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the Products;

9.the Customer submits a formal complaint to the Seller regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 (two) months from the date on which the defect was discovered, unless this is in contrast with the prevailing mandatory rules of the Customer's country of habitual residence;

10.the Customer presents the commercial document / purchase invoice;

11.It will be the Customer's responsibility to send the Seller a photograph of the product deemed defective.

12.In the event that the lack of conformity of the Products purchased is also ascertained by the Seller, the Customer will have the right to obtain without additional costs:

1.Applicable law, competent court, dispute resolution procedures

Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Online Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law (without prejudice to any other prevailing imperative rule of the country of habitual residence of the Customer) and any disputes relating to and / or consequent to them must be resolved. exclusively by the Italian judicial authority, as better specified below. 4.In any case, the Customer has the right to contact the competent ordinary Judge for the dispute arising from these General Conditions of Sale, whatever the outcome of the out-of-court settlement procedure described above, as well as the possibility, where the conditions exist. , to promote an out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to consumer relations through recourse to the procedures referred to in Part V, Title II - bis of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (so-called Consumer Code).
